She was born in Osaka in 1972 and moved to Kanto due to her father's job transfer when she was young. She currently lives in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. In the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, she moved to Miyazaki with her husband and 2-year-old son.

After the move, she opened an online shop and had sales of over 10 million yen in the first year. Her achievements were recognized by local chambers of commerce and industry, and requests for seminars and consulting increased rapidly. She began full-fledged activities as a consultant in 2015.

She has consulted and produced more than 1,000 entrepreneurs in total, and has produced many entrepreneurs whose monthly sales went from zero yen to over 1 million yen.

Since then, she has consistently achieved sales of 30 to 40 million yen without hiring any staff, and has grown into an entrepreneur with cumulative sales of over 200 million yen while living in a rural area.

In 2018, LIFE ON THE PLANET Co., Ltd. was established.

In the fall of 2019, she started the Youtube channel "Yokubari Shufu Azusa", and in 2021 the number of subscribers exceeded 30,000. Every Monday and Thursday's morning activity LIVE has grown into a popular LIVE with over 800 viewers at all times. Sunshine Cafe, which uses a Facebook group, has over 1,700 members.

She has been highly praised for her frank and outspoken words and videos that apply spiritual theory to reality, and is supported by many fans.
In her private life, she lives with her husband, who is an actor, her eldest son, who is in 5th grade, and her eldest daughter, who is in 2nd grade
